After the promulgation of the No. 33 Order Measures for the Protection of International Networking of Computer Information Networks and the No. 82 Order "Internet Security Protection Technology Measures Rules" issued by the Public Security Ministry of P.R. China, Network Security Audit System has become the facilities which Internet service providers must be equipped with. The Rules state that Internet service provider refers to the unit who provides Internet access services, Internet data center services, Internet information services and Internet access services.
